What to do if my provider does not provide the transfer code?

Domain name providers are obliged to pass on the transfer codes of a .nl domain name to the registered holder of the domain within five working days. Have you not received the moving code within 5 working days? Then send the provider a demand letter (by e-mail) stating that the provider will once again be given the opportunity to provide the transfer code within 5 working days.

Have you not yet received the moving code from the provider? Then you can start an escalation process through us. We will then contact the correct organizations and request the provider to send the moving code.

NB: It is important that you as a person or company are the holder of the domain name. Therefore, make sure that you are always the holder of the domain name.
